I thought I'd start off with a bang!
Shortly after I returned from General Assembly, a local Kansas City Presbyterian, Bill Tammeus (who is also a noted religion newswriter), asked if I would respond to some questions for a blog post. I said I would, of course, and the result was this interview.
As you may or may not have heard, my comments regarding "Sola Scriptura" caused a bit of a stir. Several blogs have opined on the article, but Jody Harrington of Quotidian Grace had one of the best takes on it.
So, when our esteemed Moderator had the idea of recording a conversation with Jody, I thought it was a fantastic idea. Jody was a joy to talk with. I think she is one of those true Presbyterians that really cares about our church and what God is doing with us crazy fools.
